**Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice prior to the start time of your session if you need to cancel or reschedule. This time is reserved especially for you, and advance notice allows me the opportunity to offer the session time to another client. Unfortunately, no exceptions can be made.


Virtual Somatic Group

Our live virtual weekly group sessions offer a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, release muscle tension, and build internal resources for resilience. Each session weaves together guided somatic practices, gentle movement, and nervous system regulation.

Monthly Subscription – $125 for 4 live weekly small group sessions
(Recorded audio available for 30 days; classes held Thursdays @ 7 pm EST / 4 pm PST.)

Each month focuses on a specific nervous system pattern, movement habit, or area of chronic tension and pain. Through guided somatic explorations, you'll learn practical tools to work with patterns such as neck and shoulder tension, low back discomfort, jaw clenching, anxiety, overwhelm, chronic holding, and other stress-related patterns.

Because the group is small, there is time for questions, individual guidance, and discussion about how the material applies to your own experience. Rather than simply following exercises, you'll develop a deeper understanding of your body's unique patterns and how to work with them effectively.

Fully live and interactive on Zoom. Learn at your own pace from the comfort of home while benefiting from
the support and accountability of a small, dedicated group.
