There is not only a relationship between your mind and body, but between each part of your body. 

For example, your jaw is influenced by the freedom or immobility in your pelvis. If you have tight hips, this affects your entire spine, including your neck. If you have pain in your knee, this translates up your spine and often shows up as back or shoulder pain.

At Restore with Awareness, I use Therapeutic Massage, Craniosacral Therapy and Feldenkrais (small, slow gentle movements, while you pay attention to your physical sensations), to release your unconscious muscle tension that has kept you in discomfort for years.
