When You've Tried Everything—But Your Body Still Feels Stuck
You’ve done the therapy.
You’ve explored the trauma. You’ve gotten the massages, tried the breathwork, seen the specialists.
Maybe you’ve made some progress – but deep down, your body still feels locked in patterns of pain, tension, or shutdown.
If you feel like you’re talking about the same things in therapy again and again…
If your symptoms return no matter how much you try to fix them…
If something inside you knows the root is deeper – held in your nervous system, not just your mind –
You’re not alone. And you’re not broken.
As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and trauma-informed bodyworker, I help clients access healing where talk, touch, and willpower alone haven’t reached: the nervous system.
This work gently supports your body in unwinding survival patterns – like fight, flight, freeze, and collapse – so that real regulation, safety, and relief can return. Not just as a concept, but as a lived, felt experience in your body.
This is for the part of you that knows you’re ready, but doesn’t know how to shift.
That wants more than coping – that wants to actually feel different.
If that resonates, you’re in the right place.
I'm a certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner (SEP) and bodyworker.
I help your body release physical symptoms of anxiety and survival energy stored from distressing or traumatic experiences, as well as general chronic pain.
My integrated approach combines SE® and trauma-informed therapeutic bodywork to gently guide your nervous system and body back to a state of regulation and resilience.

“I began working with Susan after losing my spouse to lung cancer after 41 years together and the difficult time during her illness, prior to her death. I went to her in a profound state of exhaustion and grief. I most appreciate Susan’s ability to integrate her breadth of training and experience, each session and apply her skill and compassion to what I need. Her wholistic approach allows me to heal and recalibrate my system, while experiencing a revival of vitality and stamina.”
